About Me

I'm self under-employed making musical instruments in a home based business. I enjoy music, so long as it's not "doof doof" crap. I'm definitely not the mysterious, exciting, bad boy type. My heart can usually be found somewhere on my sleeve. I'm not expecting instant happily ever after, but I do believe in the concept of "The One". As Denny Crane said, it's the only belief worth having! ;-) But for now I'm happy just to spend some time with the right person, have some adventures together and see what happens.

I think I've got a good sense of humour in a Spinal Tap, Hugh Grant'ish or sometimes even House'ish kind of way. I'd rather be laughing and smiling, but I know there are times to be serious and responsible.

I'm overweight but I've gotten off my butt and started walking again. Don't you love the feel of old faded and worn jeans? I have an old pair of size 97's that are my goal!

I'm definitely a carnivore and love a nice medium rare rump steak, ideally cooked on the barbie with a Jim Beam and Diet Coke in hand, but if it's been a long day let's just do something simple so we can put out feet up and veg.

My Sport

The only sports I participate in are 10 pin bowling and NightOwl lawn bowls... I guess they're not really sports but they're fun and I enjoy the company. I play an average game of pool, but good music and a bourbon makes me better at it... or so it seems to me anyway.
