Buckingham Arms Hotel was a nice setting

On Monday 14th November around 50 guests attended a Singles Drinks & Chat session at the Buckingham Arms Hotel at Gilberton. The staff made available a side bar area connecting the bistro with the elegant dining room.

It was an ideal area for this type of function, although next time we visit the staff have agreed to remove some tables so that we can move around more freely.

However, feedback was overwhelmingly good about the hotel as a venue. The bistro menu is very reasonably priced with meals generous and well prepared. Service was also a snap and with delightful decor and atmosphere, its a venue we will definitely use again. For those who wish to dine in style the dining room features a smorgasbord for just over twenty dollars.

Parking is ample in a sizeable carpark behind the hotel and note that there is another carpark for patrons use on Walkerville Terrace opposite the hotel behind shops.
